The reseller → client → agent → portal flow
A reseller signs in to the console with Firebase Auth. They create a client, deploy one or more agents for that client, set their branding, then issue a magic link. The client uses that link to access the reseller-branded portal without a Hangar account.
EU-hosted control plane and runtime
Firestore and Cloud Functions run in europe-west1 (Belgium). Agent containers run on a shared Hetzner host in Falkenstein, Germany. Hangar operates the runtime; the reseller supplies and pays for its LLM provider and API key.
