Data residency

Managed workloads and their persistent data reside in Germany. Keep your own customer notices precise about what your application sends to an instance and for how long you retain it.

Data subject rights

Use GET /v1/gdpr/export to support an Article 15 access request. Use POST /v1/gdpr/delete to begin Article 17 erasure. The export is structured for Article 20 portability, so it can be handed to a data subject or transferred to another controller.

For controller–processor arrangements, review and execute the Hangar Data Processing Agreement before production processing. Keep records of processing and configure your app’s retention policy alongside the platform controls.
